At Live Vaastu, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Live Vaastu does not have a standard return policy and refund policy. However, we do entertain claims for damaged or low-quality items.

Exchange Policy
If you receive a damaged or low-quality item, you can exchange it for the full amount of the item purchased (less shipping charges). Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of the merchandise.

Shipping: Send the item via a reliable courier or Speed Post with a tracking number. Exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Packaging: Pack the product in a secure package with bubble wrap to ensure its safety during transit.

Return Window The return window for exchanges is 3 days from the date of receipt.

Refund Processing Refunds for exchanges will be processed within 10-15 days from the date we receive the returned item.
