* Legal disputes can be quite taxing. Next time you buy a plot or build a house, keep these Vastu remedies in min for a has.

A. MARK THE CENTRE -:

Make sure that the Brahmasthana (plot centre) is not naturally mounted, as it can increase land disputes  and increase the number  of legal  hassles in your life. It may even cause serious financial losses by way of the reconstruction of a building.

B. TRASH THE TRASH -:

The northeast should not be burdened with rubbish or waste; this may cause severe acci-dents among workers and labourers on a construction site. And accidents can cause unending legal hassles!

C. DIRECTION DOSE -:

Locating your house at a T junction is a major Vaastu flaw. It works like an incoming arrow of doom and can be fatal to your prosperity. Also, a house facing an inauspicious direction is not ideal. A plot facing the southeast is vulnerable to fire, for instance. Try not to go in for plots facing the southeast.

D. ELEMENTARY, MY DEAR !

 Fire and water are divergent elements. Make sure you don t mix the two. Any borewell that pumps out fresh water from the ground should not be built in the southeast—the abode of Agni, lord of fire—as this can lead to major property-related clashes.
