• 1. No toilets should be made in this area, as it is related to the forehead of the Vaastu Dev. It leads to poverty, chronic illness (leading to surgery) and accidents.
• 2.  If there is no corner in the north-east, there could be conception and pregnancy-related problems in the family. If a couple occupies a bedroom in the north-east, they may face health problems, tensions, miscarriages or the birth of mentally challenged children.
• 3.  The north-east should not be closed or blocked by construction. This leads to blockages and stagnation in income and money growth.
• 4. If there are fewer doors in the north compared to the south, there are growth and expenditure problems.
• 5. In case of a north-facing building, the front elevation should not be higher than the back.
• 6. Never keep garbage or store heavy materials in the north-east.
• 7.  Never make an overhead water tank in the north-east comer.
• 8.  Never construct a kitchen, garage, storeroom, staircase or elevated platform in the north-east. Also ensure that the north-east corner is not rounded.
• 9.  Do not position transformers, generators, televisions or refrigerators in the north-east.

• 2.  You can also bore underground water tanks in the north-east.
• 3.  Natural pits in the north-east are very auspicious.
• 4.  Leave as much open space as you can in the north, the east and the north-east.
• 5. While working, face the north-east but avoid sleeping in this direction, because the electromagnetic energy will disturb your sleep.
